We stand behind the quality of our products. That is why we offer a 30-day risk-free trial on all purchases made at cindr.store.

You have 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to test your product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within this 30-day window, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To complete your return within the 30-day trial:

Refunds

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $45 or more. For orders under $45, standard shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Order Processing

Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: 5 to 12 business days.
